Horrible experience will never be back. The doctor was Rude, wasted my time with what could of been a simple phone call, he didnt listen to me and why I was upset. Instead he thought I was trying to make him do something when all I wanted to know was why he didn’t inform me prior about my restriction. If someone develops a restriction you would let them know as soon as you find out . My appointment was a few months ago and I’m just now finding out due to trying to buy my usual contacts with my updated prescription. All he had to do was apologize for not releasing my limitations on my vision to me prior and done this all over a phone call so I wouldn’t drive from Bellevue to Tacoma for a 5 min argument.

I have nothing but positive feedback regarding my 3 pairs of new glasses. Both Sern and Alan went above and beyond from helping me choose the right frames to making adjustments to assure the correct fittings. Thank you to both.
