Very unprofessional.....no idea what or who the staff is serving here. Have lost or don't care where my prescription is. My details seem unimportant to the "help" that serves the customers. I'm going to transfer.....regardless of cost. It's just to much to handle anymore.
Very professional staff. Kept me informed of all authorizations needed through my doctor. I could not ask for a more professional staff and the courtesy that they provided me made switching pharmacies a great pleasure. After all was done I saved over 33% on my prescriptions.
