Been a Costco member for years. Pharmacy refused to fill my prescription because I'm a 'new customer getting my first prescription filled there' because of some corporate policy bs. I changed insurance and they're contributing to my difficulty getting my medication that I need. Very frustrating.

100% avoid at all costs. Specifically the male pharmacist refused to refill my prescription even after speaking with my doctor. His rationale was because my doctor was not local and I need to see a local doctor. I was living in San Francisco and had zero issues at the Costco there when refilling my RX before I moved back. Insinuating I’m abusing my RX was terribly disrespectful as a licensed professional and egotistical at best. Switched pharmacies as advised by my doctor and obviously no issues when refilling elsewhere.
