Incredibly unprofessional staff. Called to check a prescription and the staff member I spoke to on two separate occasions was short, disrespectful, and not at all helpful. Worst experience with Costco.

I changed my designated pharmacy from Rite Aid to Costco Pharmacy for convenience. On my first Med pickup I saw that my copay had gone up by 2-1/2 times. My next pickup of a different Med did the same. I canceled it and went back to my original location and copay amount.
