Worst customer service and they do NOT CARE about the work they do. We spent $1100 on 4 new tires. A few days later one began losing 8-12 psi per day, so we tried calling to get an apt. They literally never answered their phone, called probably 8 times. Decided to just show up on a Saturday since we both work 5 full days a week and that’s the only day it works for us. And they said they wouldn’t do anything that day and we should just “show up early” on Sunday and leave the car and they might get to it. So we paid for a service and a product and they don’t care about getting it fixed. I truly wish every member of the tire center the absolute worst and hopefully Costco can fix their horrible division of knuckle draggers.

We purchased 70,000 mile warrantly tires. At 17,000 miles, after diligently taking them for 10,000 mile rotation - I took in again for 2nd rotation & was told ONE tire was too worn at the edge so they wouldn't rotate. I couldn't believe it. Then they said I needed to buy 2 new tires to balance. When I questioned further, they admitted I only really needed one but they didn't stock the same tire. Then they looked and said they couldn't order my tire. They also claimed it was MY FAULT because I hadn't taken them for alignment which needed to be done each time I got new tires. I had NEVER been told this before and THIS TURNED OUT TO BE A BALD FACED LIE, which I found out after I paid $150. for alignment. (Costco doesn't do alignments). Then I went elsewhere to get the one tire and they pointed out that all of the tires were worn on just the outside edge. We called Costco & they refused to honor the warranty on the basis it was over 5 years since we purchased (can you say COVID?). We called all the way up the chain of command with no results. So now, I have to buy 3 new tires and supposedly another alignment. I don't trust a word these shysters say. DO NOT TRUST A WORD THEY SAY. And don't bother buying long warranties as all they will do is point out the fine print, which nobody reads, and stand behind nothing but RIPPING YOU OFF. Never again. I have been a Costco shopper since their inception - maybe not quite as long for tires. I've seen things go downhill since their original management changed but never believed I'd experience such swindling as I did in the tire dept. I'm am seriously thinking of dropping the overpriced membership. If you shop around you can get as good or better deals without overbuying, overpaying and especially over-consuming products that end up in landfills. Shame on Costco.

Won’t be back. I was a work in for nail in my tire. They kept the vehicle 5 hours without touching it then the guy with dreads lied to me twice that they were still working on it (it was parked outside still where I left it) and then that they were pulling the car in right away and then he pretended to go get the car and walked back in the garage laughing. The last year of reviews of this place has all been 1 or 2 stars, why is anyone going here??
