Costco tire center of Redmond, WA damaged one of my car wheels while changing tires. I had to buy a new one for $1,332. They said I only needed to file an insurance claim. Now the insurance say they will not pay, absolutely no justification. They claim that the wheel received an impact. First, the tire was working fine when I left the car, secondly I sent them a picture clearly showing there's no impact. It is a clean crack so surely was done by one of their machines.

Last time I came in for my free tire rotation (since I bought the tires at Costco), it took 1.5 hours. As soon as I drive away, the TPMS went off, and I discovered that they had overinflated one of the tires by 6 pounds.

Didnt even call me when the tire rotation was done so I waiting so long for the call that my car was done and found out later when i checked that it was parked out and been done for a while. Also they took change out of my middle dash, they didnt even need to open it at all yet it was opened when i got into my car. Go somewhere else if possible!
