Terrible service, unfortunately. 1 hour 40 minutes after my appointment for a slow tire leak, they come out to say they JUST pulled it in. Then said they don't work on my kind of tires.

I'll never be back.

Quality of product is good, but they started the tire change 45 minutes late and have nowhere to sit and wait other than the food court. Don't come here unless you can drop off and pick up because promptness and urgency are not in their vocabulary.

they dont want you to buy. i was standing at the tire purchase kiosk for 20 minutes without a tire specialist in sight. eventually one of the folks from the customer service desk took pity on me and walked over, but i was fed up and left.
