We ordered/paid for our tires two weeks ago during a sale; we were told we would get a call when the tires came in. We never got a call.
I brought the car in on a Friday at 1000 (opening time). I was told it would be an hour to an hour-and-a-half. I set a timer for 1hr 20min and made my way back to tire center after killing time waking three stores. When I got there he told me it would be another 30-40 minutes! By the time we got to the 2 hour mark I was not happy. I even called him out on it and got, “yeah, I didn’t realize it would take so long.” (No apology or a we will make this right).
But this situation was further accented by the staff leaving the plastics on the seat and floor and I had to track them down to ask for them to be removed.
Needless to say, I told my husband we won’t be buying tires or having service done at the FW location ever again.
I gave one star because the customer service rep probably had good intentions and a second star for them actually getting the job done.
