Refused to rotate my tires. Just because there’s not even wear back to front doesn’t mean the better tires in the back shouldn’t be put in the front.
There’s better places and similar prices at other major tire centers nearby.
Other than being able to shop while you wait, there’s no other reason to use them. I recommend elsewhere.
