Went to get information regarding what my insurance covered, I was asked to get a number first. I was ahead of a few people whom got number's there were no signs placed to get a number if you had questions. The employee was rude about it and was very unprofessional. He also looked very sloppy. Horrible customer service!

Terrible eye exam with Kelly Ly. I actually booked this because the previous exam I had elsewhere was unprofessional well this one was to, she took like 5 min to do the exam NO lie I had to ask her to go back and forth because my eyes wouldn’t focus seamed like they rush to get the next $75. Will not be coming back to this place.

I called to make an appointment and was pleasantly surprised. I was apprehensive after reading the reviews but had a good experience. I waited for a bit for them to answer the phone but I didn't think the wait was too long. They were very kind and answered all of my questions. Unfortunately I didn't end up visiting for an appointment due to a scheduling constraint so I can't speak to their in store service. If the timing had worked, I would have definitely gone there after my phone experience with Costco Optical.
