Pretty bad communication. They called and told me I could pick up my contacts only to find out only half of them were there. Then they called the next day to pick up the other half only for them to misplace them. THEN call me the day after that to come pick up my contacts. It’s a mess.

Terrible! If I could give a zero I would ! I paid for my eye exam and could not see and when I called for a follow-up they couldn't see me for another week. When I explained I couldn't wait that long as everything was blurry and as a full-time student I was struggling to read the extremely unprofessional women said "I can't magically produce a time for you if we are booked". Beyond unprofessional and disrespectful to talk to clients in that capacity. Terrible in a customer service setting.

The exam and meeting were what you would expect from an average appointment. I however told the receptionist that I had VSP and she stated that was okay. Little did I know they are not in network for VSP and that I would be left with a huge out of network bill. I would caution anyone coming here to be sure you independently check and ensure their insurance will work with this provider.
