The service is absolutely terrible. I bought prescription daily glasses and had to return them because I couldn't see out of the brand new lenses. I had to go to my eye doctor for him to tell me its because the lenses are soooo cheap and plastic. When I went to return them I explained what happened and the employee responded with "yeah I'm not surprised." Disappointing experience.

My first prescription glasses. I took my Rx to Costco, picked out a frame, and within the week, my glasses were ready. As a first timer eyeglass wearer (other than off the shelf reading cheaters) my vision through the new glasses didn't seem adjusted properly. I took my glasses to my doctor to have the lenses checked. The Costco eyeglasses were perfect, and I just needed to be patient with my eyeglasses.

I had glasses made with a new prescription. I ended up with the same vision problem as with the last pair.
They advised me they could recheck the Rx and gave me an appointment time. I made a special trip, 45 minutes one way, and when I showed up the Dr. told me they could not do what they commited to the day before! Frustrating!!!
