Dr. Rhee is very rude. I once asked him how my kids could avoid the progression of their bad vision, and he said this with a straight face "it's too late. You should've married a man with good eyesight." And he laughed. Years ago when I went there as a patient, he told me this "wow your eyes are so bad, the last I saw a patient like you was 4 months ago." Gee, thanks, like I didn't already know. He may be a smart guy, being a doctor and all, but just like some other doctors, he had no social skills and is definitely not customer-oriented. I guess they don't need that skills to stay in business. If you don't care about customer service, I can recommend this place, but other than that, I do not want to even be there unless I have to. After all, it's got the best price for eye exams.

Dr Rhee is a nice man, I interacted with him during my visits and took his time to talk and figure out what was affecting my vision, had a short counseling session and was very informative and compassionate.

What ever you’re paying JODY at the Vision Center it is nowhere near enough.
I mangled my glasses pretty badly in a dog walking mishap, and rushed over to COSTCO to put them in for repair. I fully expected to have to send them off to a contractor. Instead, JODY took them over to her work bench and, in less than five minutes, she cheerily handed me my specs, good as new.
I’d say that JODY has probably forgotten more about customer service than the rest of us will ever learn!
