The service is horrible. There were 3 workers at 5 pm on Friday. I had my number 13 when the number listed was 10.Each person intentionally took over 60 min to one customer. It did not matter the line was long. I have been waiting my turn over 1 hour to ask a simple question.

Great customer service here. I was helped by three people over a couple of weeks and Francisco rocks. He had so much patience with me and my wanting a perfect pair of frames for my daughter (who wasn't with me to fit). Very happy with his help and the whole friendly staff here. Will be back! Prices are good too, although everyone is getting competitive with glasses pricing these days since they are all made so cheaply in China (except for a few Italian brands). Good selection of basics here.

Doctor gave me the wrong prescription, and it takes an average of 40 minutes in line to pick up contacts at the Vision Center (had to do this 3 times to finally get the right contacts). Staff is friendly enough, but if you value your time at all then the cost savings here just aren’t worth it. Just google your local optometrist and save yourself the headache.
