My son recently started taking Lea's small group (4 students) kid's class. He is loving it - he looks forward to every class. Lea is so patient, fun, and kind. The projects are all very age appropriate in terms of difficulty and product. I cannot say enough great things about this sewing class.

Lea is the best! I can't recommend enough for anyone who has wanted to learn how to sew. So far I've taken a pant hemming class and a beginners sewing series. I don't think I'll have to ever take my pants to get hemmed again - we finished hemming 2 pants during the class they look professionally done. Best part is that Lea actually has professional tailoring experience (which sometimes is not the case for other sewing teachers), so she provides real life/practical tips. Also after taking 2 of the beginning sewing classes I was able to read a pattern on my own and make my daughter a pair of shorts using everything that Lea taught me.
