I bought a backpack online and decided to return it to a store rather than ship it. I visitited the 23rd street location intending to complete the return and be on my way. First things first, the store is beautiful. Secondly, the staff was welcoming, friendly, with zero sales pressure. Noni worked the return and Colt overheard why I didn't like the pack I bought online. Both were very engaging. Colt brought over some models and lo and behold--the perfect pack for my needs (20L, two water pockets, much more water resistant than the model I bought in). In short, this was a fantastic shopping experience. I would definitely recommend Cotopaxi and this store in particular.
