I find everything I need for baby and nicer-quality kids' stuff here... They have a great selection and, having a new baby, I can't pass on the cloth diaper sales they offer! Their events are great, too.
The service is completely hit or miss, though. There are a few not-so-great employees that drag the rest of the excellent team down, in my experience. It's a bummer...I won't even shop there when the less-than-helpful employees are working!
They offer community classes, which are awesome- but hold them during store hours, so my kids can't utilize the play space...makes shopping a bit tricky- as those toys help keep their hands off the new toys on the shelves, which the staff (understandably) prefer stay untouched.
Hit or miss, spendy, but great quality and good for gifts. Good events, too! It helps them that they're the only game in town for this sort of retail niche...there's Santé Mama, but they're even further from Camas than Cotton Babies!
