Worst customer service ever.. my husband and I were the only ones in the store on November 30th @1pm. We looked around for about 5 mins and headed towards the cash register to get checked out there was no one there so we waited patiently (6-7mins) goes by and still no one came. the employees that were on the floor were at the front of the store laughing away and gossiping to eachother. My husband made eye contact with one of the workers to try and let her know we needed assistance but instead she stared at us as if we were stupid. Eventually they walked towards us and still no one came behind the counter to check us out. Until we asked “ can we get checked out please” and Bianca responded back with a very snooty response.. I understand the employees you have hired are probably children that are still in highschool. But I genuinely recommend you talk about professionalism and etiquette in ur next team meeting as personnel working In customer service.
