Great buying experience! Andrew helped me out and let me browse around without being right behind me like some places.
Delivery was just OK. They caused minimal damage to my walls (upstairs delivery for one of the couches so understandable, no nicks, just scuffs, easily able to paint over). Forgot 2 of my pillows and additionally delivered a wrong pillow to me. The gentleman who delivered tried telling me I was wrong multiple times even though both of our invoices matched for correct amount and description of pillows, and tried to get me to sign for delivery several times even though it was wrong). I had to walk down to the store (I live downtown SLO, so minor inconvenience for me, but could be major to some) to resolve the issue myself and they fixed it right away without question, no apology from them, which is OK also, just explained why they were confused.
Would definitely purchase again from Couch Potato and Andrew would be the guy you want to ensure your needs are met!
