First experience of the place:
I needed a foam insert in a hurry due to relatives staying over.
The owner said he was just going to throw it out, then said it's $150, but will go down to $100 each for two. We took the $100 for one cause we were on a deadline, but looking on Amazon it's $40 for just one. I didn't appreciate the price hike when the first thing he said was he was going to throw it out.

Jessie was amazing! He was very patient with showing us all the color and texture options. Showing us alternative lounge seats that might be of interest to us based on what we were talking about. When it finally came to order our lounge chairs , they actually only had 1 more of that type in stock, it was getting discontinued. He got on the phone, saw that I really wanted the pair, asked his designer about it and his designer was kind enough to make me another one for the set!! Said it would be done in a few days, took less than 48 hours ♥️ very kind, thank you for our new lounge chairs Jessie! You guys are the best!!!

We were looking for a sofa bed and not finding what we wanted. Then my wife and I almost at the same time said how about a futon. We stopped in at the couch potato in Ventura and with Jesse's help found what we were looking for. It’s nice to be able to select a frame, mattress, and pick out the mattress cover from a wide selection. We had them deliver a set it up as well. Thanks Jesse.
