We stopped for just 1 night. Had a number of pull through sites for our motorhome. Place has gas for your boat & a boat launch.
Great Lakeview but it does back onto the highway.

Spent a weekend here on the shores of Banks lake. While it is tagged as an RV park there are also camping spots along the water. Overall a nice setting for a quick vacation at the lake.
A warning and a reminder: there are rattlesnakes in Eastern Washington, we had one slip into our friends tent! Be sure to keep your doors and tents closed and watch out!

We stayed in the Glamping tent! It was very clean and so cute, had everything we needed. A/C kept the tent nice and comfortable, even in the 90 plus degree heat, very nice for an afternoon nap. Eye masks were provided and a very nice touch as it is bright in the morning. The fridge was the cutest mini fridge I had ever seen and kept everything very cold! Coffee pot and toaster oven was also nice to have. Bed and pillows provided were comfortable and clean! We are just two adults, but the tent could easily accommodate four adults or three more children as there is a futon in the tent, and a cot available on request. There is some road noise, but wasn't to bad.Restrooms were clean and we saw staff attending to them thought the day|Also had a coin operated shower, just 50 cents for 5mins, so nice to shower after a day in the sun and water! Also had coin opp laundry, we didn't use it but nice to have it you need it. On the second day we rented a pontoon boat, it was really affordable at just $450 for the day! We have seem pontoon boats renting for $900 plus a day so we felt it was a great deal! It was perfect to get out and enjoy the lake with our friends. The store staff are helpful and kind. The ice cream was delicious! The fishing tackle they sell in the store is impressive, Better then Cabela's! They even give you suggestions on best fishing on the lake! |We can't wait to come back next year! T
