Anyone who has doubts about there being good people who still believe in excellent customer service, please stop by Country Clock Shop for any clock repairs. Called early in the day to ask if they had a key for an old antique Ansonia floral clock. Karen answered and said to stop by. She has many in stock. Not only did she have one in stock. She proceeded to show me how the Ansonia clock operates, adjusted the bell to sound louder and told me how to tune it. She charged me nothing. She gifted the key forward. Which encourages me to do the same ... Anytime I need a watch or clock repaired, I'm driving to Country Clock Shop in Everett. Looking at a few old watches that I will be bringing over.

I had a question about a watch that stopped working. It was purchased overseas. It was a simple fix, quick and easy, but they did it without a quote first, which may be an issue for some.
No other interaction. Still, nice to have a specialty store like this
