I've had them take care of my 2015 gti multiple times when my usual dealership wouldnt even call me back to schedule services multiple times starting last year. Very thorough and personable. I don't see myself going anywhere else now, whether I could find a lower price or not. You definitely get what you pay for here with no BS.
