My kid got really sick and was getting worse over the span of 2 weeks. We saw Dr Jones three times within that time (and paid for each visit). She ignored symptoms that were red flags, and failed to diagnose my child for what they ended up having (including a severe case of oral herpes outbreak brought on by her illness which was very painful making it impossible for my child to eat or drink anything and needed medication to treat it.) We ended up having to go to the ER, and the doctor there recognized what was wrong, and gave treatment and a prescription for the infection. I really wish we hadn't wasted all of that time and money. Even after letting Dr. Jones know about the issue after finding out what it was, she had nothing to say, no apologies or anything else. She was just happy to take money for three of our visits and do nothing to help my child whatsoever and didn't even care.

Dr. Jones and her staff are extremely kind and take their time answering questions. This is especially helpful for first-time parents. I would take a long wait for a thorough appointment. My kiddo needs a special formula and every time we go in for a wellness check, they hook us up with more than a months supply! I highly recommend this office!

Dr Jones, Brianna, and the rest of her staff are amazing! They are always available to answer any questions I have both at appointments and when I have random concerns with my baby. They make it a priority to get back to me with an answer or recommendation with the hour at most. We are always able to get a same day appointment if my son is sick. They make a point to remember your names and face making you feel like they truly care about the well-being of your child. I am typically highly critical when it comes to the care of my child and I can not speak highly enough about this doctors office. We drive over an hour to be seen at Dr. Jones office and I would not want to take my son anywhere else!
