This was one of the nicest-looking hotels we stayed on our 10-day trip to California. We actually ate dinner outside our room attached to the courtyard. The room was clean; in fact there was a letter on our table notifying us that carpet cleaning was happening and that the staff would move our things off of the floor when they come to do our room. We were a bit worried they were going to come in our room while we were out, or try to come in while we were there, but neither of those happened. I did hear two jet airliners go overhead in the middle of the night, so if noise bothers you, bring earplugs and/or use white noise. You are near-ish the airport, so expect some noise.

Spent one night here before an early flight out of SFO. As a Gold Elite member, I was upgraded to a spacious suite with a separate living room that included a work desk, sofa, and a bedroom with TVs in both areas. The bed was comfortable, and while the room was mostly quiet, we could hear airplanes flying overhead in the morning

As a person who travels and stays in hotels quite often i can't say enough wonderful things about Courtyard @ Marriott in San Bruno on Bay Hill Dr. This is one of the few (8 or so locations) is stay at more frequently. First thier Bristo, thier service, quality, options and hospitality is absolutely amazing, if you're lucky and get to order for Tom you'll understand why I'm writing this, Carol is awesome as well, Tom is the gentleman I've got the opportunity to to order and service me the most. At the front desk and check in, thier staff is overly accommodating, friendly, helpful and truly make you feel at home and welcomed, I've had the privilege of working/dealing with Jude, Darian and Marianne and each one of them are absolutely amazing, awesome and are the pinnacle of how hospitality should be. Last but not least, I've had the privilege of getting to know thier Manager Jacqueline and she really emphasizes the reason this hotel location is so amazing. Any, and evertime I need to stay within a 50-75 mile radius of this hotel for work or pleasure, here is where I choose period.
