- Reception staff and even a nurse are disorganized, defensive, quick to let "customer" (patient) know it is their fault.
- Needed advice... or prescription for painful infection over weekend - Weekend answering service takes message - explains they will refer to "on call Doctor" - never heard back even on Monday - system is a joke - black hole. Thank goodness for Urgent Care.

Misdiagnosed and Incredibly rude staff. Went inside for a copy of all my medical records to self refer to a specialist due to misdiagnosis. I was treated horribly. Front receptionist- older woman with red hair- was aggressive, demeaning, and refused to fax my documents to the specialist. It’s unfortunate she took her bad day out on me. My family won’t be going back.

Not very LGBT+ accepting, has a code for my lab work for a genetic disease nobody in my family has. New doctor came in, said my height and weight were bad, listened to me breathe for a second then just left without another word. Easy to say I'll be going elsewhere.
