Room is absolutely beautiful very well taken care of. Front desk is very kind. Restaurant on property is pretty good amazing cinnamon rolls that are huge and home made Definitely will be back.

We booked 10 rooms for a student group. One room had soiled boxers in it while another room had an unlocked door that assured no safety. Hot tub was full of men and a few naked women. Rooms were very inconsistent in cleanliness. We should be able to expect safe and clean when staying at a hotel. We were disappointed.

Leaving this review for an overall amazing experience!! Cayenne specifically exceeded my customer service expectations! I came in a few hours before the scheduled check in at 4. I had a lot of stuff in my car from doing a nearby wedding! Cayenne at the front desk was able to assist in getting me a room that was ready right then and there without me even asking!! This made me experience and overall rest of the day so so SO enjoyable and stress free! The rooms were also clean and the property itself was well kept! I would recommend staying here if you are doing anything in the dalles or hood river nearby!!
