They are nice but over priced. I bought a part for my washer machine today and they were very kind, but the price was $8 for a piece that is $0.95 o $4.00 everywhere else. If I knew they were going to charge me that much, I would had just gone to a closer locating where it would had been regular price anyway. But like I said, they are very kind hearted people. If I ever need to call a appliance repair to get something fixed, It will be them.

Covina Appliance is the only place I trust with my home appliances. The technician, Archie, was professional, courteous and cleaned around the area he worked. The service was fast and I felt like Archie took the time to explain what was wrong and what my options were so that I could understand it and make an informed decision. The prices are very good and I would recommend this company to anyone. I have referred Covina Appliance and Archie to my friends and family.
