I have Fibromyalgia and other masculo-skeletal issues. I've been looking for a good chiropractor for quite some time. I have searched in Social media with good and positive reviews however it is out of my area. I was looking for a Doctor who could understand my pains and a place where I could go and be committed to going. One day I was in so much pain. My pain Doctor is not available until after two months. I was so desperate and chanced upon the Covina Chiropractic. When I called to inquire the lady across the line was very pleasant and accommodating. I felt her concern and she was able to get me to a same day appointment with Dr.Mata, a few hours after we had spoken. I felt relieved with hopes that this could be the answer to my prayers. I went to my appointment and was impressed with the clinic, the staff, and Dr.Mata. The clinic is located in a safe location. They have enough parking space. The clinic is very clean and sophisticated and equipped with modern technology. The staff were very pleasant, professional, friendly, warm, and compassionate. I felt at home with them and it made me feel as if I'd known them for a long time. Then I met Dr.Mata. He was very professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and speaks so much with respect. He explained everything that was happening to my body. He has so much knowledge and I learned so much from him. He did not treat me like I already knew what he was explaining knowing that I am a Nurse practitioner. He has the qualities of what a medical provider should be and how patients should be treated. His bedside manners is just amazing. He was gentle and gave me assurance to make me feel comfortable and at ease. I felt an immediate relief even with my first treatment. I am still a work in progress and what I have is Chronic. I know it is a process and I just have to trust knowing that one day with his expertise, I will get back to what my body used to be, Not 100% but at least with his help, I will live life and age gracefully. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr.Mata. Hoping that there are more Chiropractors like him to help tons of people living in pain.
