POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE-Don't Expect a Response I am Senior who took my newly acquired electric trike to Covina Valley Cyclery for minor adjustments and installations (security/theft deterents, i.e., bike locks/alarm), attachment of cargo basket, rear fender. Pro: The amount of time taken by Andrea to complete the work requested was satisfactory, albeit workmanship could have been better (cable connecting to rear fender brake light was installed on outside of "stay" as opposed to inside). Now for the Con(s)/Issues. The $20+ alarm that I took for installation (per Andrea) could not be installed on trike. When I returned home after picking up my trike (12/14) and upon checking box that was returned with the extra nuts and bolts, allen wrenches, the ALARM WAS NOT IN BOX. I contacted the shop and spoke with Cameron and told him that my ALARM WAS NOT IN BOX returned to me; but that I would double check box to ensure that I had not overlooked it. I contacted the store/shop(12/17, 12/21) to inform them that upon checking the returned box multiple times, my alarm was not in box. My last call to shop I requested to speak to Andrea &/or Cameron was told the neither were available. Message left for a return call--01/07/2024 I am still waiting.
