They have some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. The short of it is that I was able to purchase the plants I wanted from out of state and have them delivered as a gift in such a way that it was a surprise present. I CANNOT recommend them enough!
The long story: I recently got engaged but sadly had to live out of state for a few months before I was able to move in with my fiancé. I called the nursery and asked if they had her favorite flower in stock. Not only did they have it but they had multiple varietals. They also sent me several photos of the type of pots they had. They worked with me to make sure that everything was perfect over the course of several days. Their employees were very knowledgeable about the plants and how to properly maintain them and were happy to explain it all to me. After I made choices on everything that I wanted they potted the plants for me, and coordinated with me to deliver the plants to our front yard on the day I flew into town to visit my fiancé. It was perfect! The plants surprised her later that day and they were ready to send over the caretaking details so we could help these beautiful plants THRIVE.
I don't know if that's a regular service of theirs' but I was happy to pay them for all the work they put in. They will have a customer in me for years to come.
Overall best experience I've had in years.
