Never signed up for autopay and my profile even indicates that I am not signed up for it, yet I was charged by autopay 4 days after paying my bill and they won't refund me. The amount will just be applied to my next bill.. in 2 months.

Customer service, either over the phone or online is the worst I've ever experienced. Look, we all get it that as a home owner living in the area covered by Covington Water, I have no choice other than you but that does not mean you should go out of your way to provide horrible service. Remember, you too are a customer in your own life and give to your customers what you would want from your service providers.

2nd time since we moved here in 2012 I had need of help I couldn't get over the phone or online. 2nd time in a row I was welcomed with warmth, helped immediately and left with a smile. Face to face customer service is becoming rare, glad we still can get it at the Covington water district.
