Our first time here, and we were excited to come because it’s right by our new place! Less than a five minute drive away.
My wife got the americano and one of the everything croissants. She said her pastry and drink were both good. Only critique from her was that the americano was very small — just an 8oz size. Not sure if they provide other sizes, we just ordered it without asking about size.
I got a dirty ube latte with oat milk — delicious. I’m excited to come back to try their other speciality drinks, as well as pour over’s once they come in.
Very excited to have a new coffee shop in our neighborhood that is just a quick walk or drive away. The service was very friendly — wish I had gotten the barista at the register’s name so I could shout him out. But will add his name in a later review if I get it. Edit: his name is Mark. Lex is also very warm and welcoming as well.
The wait time was reasonable given how busy they were. The interior design of their shop is nice and simple. Mostly white’s, with a wooden bench all the way across the side of the cafe for people to sit and work. There’s also a nice bar top wooden table next to the window with a nice view of the trees outside that my wife and I sat at while we waited for our coffee today.
Welcome to midtown Palo Alto, Covour Coffee! Hope this place stays around and we get a chance to make it a regular spot for us on our days off.
All the best, Kyle and Rhaysa
