Cesar is the manager of this store and is the perfect person for the job. He gave me the best customer service ever! He took care of an issue for me that I have been working on with Cox customer service for months, since November 2023. Not once did he hesitate to help me and resolve the issue with ease and grace. He really took care of me like old school customer service. I could hear and feel how much he genuinely cares about his customers and sure took a heavy load off my shoulders. Cesar is an asset to Cox, I think he should be promoted to Regional Sales Manager. Thank you for your time and resolving the issue for me!

Worst experience with rude manager. I was taking to Jordan and his manager.
When calling COX they told me to come to the store to replace the modem and in the store they tell me different things.
Very rude manager that I would have fired in the spot, giving the wrong example to all the other associates.

Came to this Cox Communications location it was extremely clean and organized. I checked in and was told I had eight people ahead of me surprisingly I only waited about 5 minutes and I was helped by an extreme professional named Victor who helped me set up my account and no time and got me the best equipment I'm so excited for my new internet purchase with Cox Communications in Laguna Niguel!
