Dakota was amazing! We came into the store stressed about a cracked screen after a less than ideal interaction at the V*n store (iykyk). Not only was the store very comfortable, but the staff was obviously geared toward service rather than commission. My screen was replaced in under 30 minutes (with a new screen protector- lifetime warranty). While I was there, I heard another employee offer unpaid fair advice to another customer when the repair would not have been in the customer’s interest. These people are authentic, and treated me like a person. 10 stars if they allowed it.
