Scheduled an appointment and arrived with an XBOX Series X for repair. Spent 15 minutes just trying to confirm my appointment (despite showing the representative my phone with the confirmation email on it). Showed him the damage on the XBOX and was finally told that it needed a few days and a diagnostic for $79 with no idea how much $ or how long the repair could take. Just a waste of my time.

I went in today after a predictably rotten experience at T-Mobile. CPR saved the day. The gentlemen at CPR were super knowledgeable and helpful. They know more about my phone than I do and I really appreciated their advice. I decided to fix the cracked screen of my phone, which they did quickly. They only use genuine Samsung parts- no cheap knock-off parts. Most of all I appreciate advice I can trust. Many thanks !

These guys are the best. If you need a phone fixed, they can do it. I took mine swimming with me and they fixed it the next day. My phone works better now than it did before I jumped in the pool with it I strongly recommend using these guys for a phone repairs.
