Continued great service from CR Automotive. While driving in my Audi A4 Wagon, the alternator light came on and the car quickly shot down completely before I could get to my location. I had the car towed to CR Automotive. Once the car arrived at CR Automotive, Darwin quickly called and provided me a clear estimate. I gave him the go ahead, and they obtained a new alternator and replaced it by end of day. My car is running great!

Once gain, I can't stress enough the superior customer service, quality of the work, and CR Automotive's honesty and integrity.

Once again the CR Automotive team provided above and beyond service for my nearly 20 year old Land Rover. They listened to my concerns while successfully diagnosing the problems, and made the necessary repairs quickly. It's running great! They also informed me at pickup, that they had successfully obtained warranty coverage on some previously installed repair parts, and also credited their own labor associated with those previous repairs - I never even asked - as Darwin said "We value our customers and stand behind our work."

I can't stress enough, not only the quality of the work, but CR Automotive's honesty and integrity.

I'm a long time and repeat customer.

Recently had another excellent experience with the CR Automotive Team. My Land Rover LR3 was misfiring and losing power, with Engine System Fault displayed. They diagnosed the problem quickly, and made all the necessary repairs, including obtaining new parts, within one day.

Running smoothly now. Once again, great service at a fair price, with complete honesty!
