My neighbor referred me to Crady's and I have now used them twice. I have found them to be honest and knowledgeable regarding my Honda Accord. For example, I thought that it would be a good time to replace my car's fuel pump, but Crady's explained to me that Honda fuel pumps are long lasting and that there is no reason to switch it out. I believe that this is a shop that can be trusted.

Took my car to the Toyota dealership and was told I needed upwards of $6000 in repairs before driving across the country for a move. I was confused and frustrated as I get my car checked and worked on regularly. I took my car to Crady's for a second opinion and they were absolute life-savers! Truly honest people who do not say you need repairs that you do not. They explained how the dealership was trying to scam me knowing I was moving out of the state and wouldn't be back. Out of the list of repairs the dealership said I needed, Crady's said only 1 thing was legitimate and even that could wait until I made my trip as I was scheduled to leave in 2 days and didn't really have time. Could not recommend them more!

Johnny and his team are by far the best automotive service I've ever encountered. Every single person I spoke to was kind and willing to help me out. I got wheels and tires as well as a level kit. Everything was spot on and exactly as described. Thank you to the entire team for making it a great experience.
