Horrible service. After being sitted for over 15 minutes, we asked a waitress to get our order. She said she is not our waitress but will take order. We got our drink in 10 minutes . Waited another 15 minutes for the garlic bread. I called her and told her If the appetizer is coming with the main entree, please cancel it. She said she will check on it. Another 5 minutes , finally we got the garlic bread. Additional 15 minutes, we got our dinner. She never ever came back to ask how r we doing ! Do we need anything or not! To the point , when we were ready to leave , we asked another waiter to bring our bill for us. Horrible service. Will never go back
I have been to the pasadena location, and I truly enjoyed both of them. They both have different vibes. The one at LA Live is a bit more classy, I was excited to try this place out, and with it being the grand opening, I was not disappointed at all. Our server Carlos G was very helpful and informative. He had great appetizers, drinks, and food recommendations. My girlfriend got the shrimp tacos, and I got the half pound of Brisket with a side of garlic and herb potatoes 🥔. Carlos brought out a courtesy appetizer for us, which was the corn Nachos they taste great. We enjoyed the brisket and our drink. The fish tacos were OK. I'm glad we tried them, but I would order something different next go around.
Highly recommend this place if you are by crypto arena or catching a movie or concert.
