Wow is all I can say! Great communication with the office, first of all - they are very responsive and flexible. Sam Garrett came to check out my broken garbage disposal and fixed it in like 2 minutes - and showed me how he fixed it (so I might try to hack it next time). They do a full inspection and estimate the first time they come out to your place, I didn't need the whole place inspected but he did find my main water shutoff which was much appreciated, and gave me helpful information and advice. Very reasonable prices and I'm a very happy customer. Be calling them back in the future, I'm sure, as plumbing is a tricky thing.

Monty was wonderful! He was replacing my kitchen sink faucet with a new one I had purchased. When he went to take out the old bridge faucet he realized that the center hole was too small. He was calm and positive about the problem. I was able to get someone out a few hours later to widen the hole. Monty said he would go to his next job and the come back to my house and finish the install which he did! He is not only proficient at his job but has such positive energy. I would highly recommend him.

Garrett was professional and impressively was exactly on time. Think about that: my professional arrived exactly when I planned for them. So cool. Made it easy to plan my day.
While he was here he also put a quick fix on a leaky hose-bib. Nice touch!
