We have used Craig's pool service for nearly 10 years; we have not experienced any issues with our service. He is always prompt when a repair is needed and his rates are very reasonable.

Have to agree with earlier writer. He's a very likable guy no doubt. But he'd often times spend less than 5 minutes here. When he left, pool and particularly connected spa were still dirty. Over half the time he'd just flip the timer switch when done and leave, not making sure things worked. At least half the time the sweep wouldn't work because it had a pebble in it. Had he just watched for 30 seconds he'd know that. Bottom line came this month. One week when he left, pool sweep didn't run. I usually take it apart myself and fix it. This time, I didn't. So sweep didn't run for a hole week. I figured he'd notice that when he came back. Still didn't fix the sweep. So after 8 days I fixed it myself. Last time he was here I left a message for him saying I was going to start doing it myself. I left a check out for him. When he arrived, he simply picked up check, left key, and split. Didn't work on the pool. What he forgot is that I work out of the home so I always see when he comes and goes. It's really too bad because he seems knowledgeable and I like I said, also likable.
