Excellent customer service and responsive communication and updates by text. I brought my car for minor bumper repair to CC location in Bellevue first. They said it could take 2-3 months for parts to be delivered and I’d have to leave my car the whole time. They were not particularly helpful. In Lynnwood, they said it’d take 2-3 weeks and even quicken the repair for me so I could meet a travel deadline. It was a very pleasant experience.
