Five star customer service from Silvia. Professional, quick, responsive and went above and beyond to keep the shop open so that I could pick up my car before leaving town. She supports all of the Geico claims and this highly recommend using this shop if you have Geico.
Most shops are very full right now, but service king had an opening that got me in right away. I thought the work was good and thankfully, it was only in the shop for 7 days.
I rarely post reviews, but this establishment is unsafe and not trustworthy. I took my car in for a fender fix. when I got the car back, it would not start. they told me that it took them a while to bring my car around because it was behind other cars - they then admitted they had to jump the car to get it over to me (straight up lying). they then told me I need to go drive the car and not use my brakes in order to help recharge the hybrid battery. I corrected them, and said firstly this is not safe, and that USING the brakes is what charges a hybrid battery. I showed them how the car worked, and they played it off like they knew all along. I was lied to, disrespected by the rude front desk lady and her manager, and am beyond disappointed by my experience. my car is still dead and I don't know what they did to my brand new battery to make it not work. please do not go here. oh, they also had the nerve to tell me to leave a 10/10 review with my insurance because if I left a 9/10 it would hurt their numbers. they literally said this. they will receive a 0/10 review.
