I brought my truck to Mike’s Autobody to have my tailgate repainted due to scratches and chips. The entire process went very well. Communication from Matt was excellent and the front office was efficient and pleasant. I also appreciated the text updates throughout the repair process.
It was a pleasant surprise when my truck was ready a day earlier than promised! The quality of the work was top-notch (there is zero indication that the damage was ever there). In addition to the quality repair, my entire truck was washed (it was filthy when I brought it in) even though the paint work was only done to my tailgate.
Mike’s Autobody is my new go-to repair shop. I highly recommend them.
I needed work on my trunk after I got rear ended. Mikes fixed the problem after a whole month, with only 2 updates. They changed my pick up date for an entire 2 weeks via text. The work involved the trunk ONLY, but they went ahead and messed with my engine and battery, when there was no cause! Now my battery is shot, my car has trouble starting, and my battery smoked and dies after only having it back for less than a week. My car is now in operable until further notice. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!! BEWARE!!! On top of everything my deductible was waived and they still tried to charge me at the shop, when I had asked 3 times if they talked to the agent in charge of my claim about my deductible.
