We go here a lot and we have spent a lot of money here, Micheal normally helps us out and is always awesome to work with. Tonight we had a mixup and we were given the wrong pan, totally understandable, things happen. But when we went to exchange it for the correct one, the floor manager, Tasha was very rude to us. We were able to get it exchanged but I was really taken aback by her lack accountability, professionalism, rudeness.
This was my previous review: Just moved into a new place and was looking for a couch, Michael was so incredibly helpful and patient. I ended up not getting the couch but I did get a trunk a few weeks later.
There was a slight issue with the trunk after delivery and Michael called me after it was dropped off to ask how it was and he said “it sounds defective, let me get another one out to you.”
So nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about the guy.
They only good part was the sales person " Johny" which was so helpful, high class customer service and professional , but forget about the rest, specially delivery, pure mess and if I could give -5 star I would. we ordered our sofa on may 4th in advance for our new house which they said is available to deliver as soon as we want, we agreed for may 11 and told them we need one hour advance notice because we aren't living there yet, however no call or email for delivery and spent 2 hours waiting for them then we learned, looks like on final print the spot for may 11 was gone and automatically rescheduled for next spot one friday may 12 between 9 am to 12:00 pm windows. Someone called at 9:26 am and said we will be there in 30 min, I explained them that take me at least 40 min to get from my place at redondo to San Pedro and they supposed to call one hour in advance, the guy said no problem because we have one more delivery before your place, I got there less then 40 min and no one showed up and they didn't pick up the phone!!! them own customer service could not reach the delivery for hours and after 2 hours waiting at empty house, they said sorry we try for tomorrow, again no delivery next day and later someone called me and told me our next delivery is next friday and asking me if I want to take the spot or cancel the order !!!!! didn't even try to make thing right, not offering apology and said we already refunded delivery charge !!!! worst experience ever for over $5k purchase. Definitely Macy's was better option for both price and service.... well I see here you are asking how make it right !?? just deliver my sofa that I paid for, still didn't receive it!!!!
