Amazon sent wrong part contacted the company instead of returning the wrong antenna back to Amazon. CravenSpeed was Johnny on the spot, told them what happened and the fixed me right up. Super happy with their customer service, fast and responsive.

Thanks to Danielle at Cravenspeed for the excellent customer support when my client’s MINI f56 phone mount failed. A replacement part was sent asap at their cost. I have a magnetic mount of my own in my MINI R53 and it works really well!

Item was shipped super quickly and although there was a minor issue with the it the customer service responsiveness and helpfulness absolutely delighted me. They promptly sent out a replacement and followed up on it to make sure that I received it and it worked as expected. Super helpful, super responsive and care enough about customers to follow up to ensure customer is satisfied. Five stars all the way!
