I cannot begin to tell you how much Brianne and the rest of the staff here helped me though one of the most difficult times in my life of losing my husband. He passed in hospice at our home and they made every effort to come as timely as possible. It was so dignified they way he left to the mortuary that sad morning. A nice hearse and covering. The attendants were kind, professional and well dressed. I tried in vain to call other places but never got anyone to answer at that early hour of the morning, but they did. I remembered them as they are not far from our home. My husband's family paid for the cremation but had an ulterior motive of thinking they would be receiving his ashes. Sadly, even hi-jacked the online Obituaries and are doing a separate memorial service without us. The staff did everything to protect my children and I from these difficulties with these unfair family members. I was expecting some problems with in-laws when this time would come, but not to this degree. I appreciate the assistance very much. When we are grieving, we tend to lose track of time and get a bit impatient with the process, but no matter they always eased my anxieties. Thank you.
