Kellie and her team at Creative Ink have been an integral part of my business and personal apparel needs for over 8 years. There is no project too big or small, they are always prompt with communications and layouts, detail oriented to ensure the product is what I want and envision. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Best company and people to work with for custom clothing needs. Every time I have ordered a custom made sweatshirt, the compliments are wonderful. Tell all your friends and neighbors to go to Creative Ink and Embroidery!!

Do not waste your time with Creative Ink. The estimate will be lower than other area companies, but don't be fooled! It's not worth the nightmare! I ordered fan gear, but we are over half way through the season and I had to cancel the order. They are very slow to respond, and Kellie is AWFUL at customer service. I submitted my order a month before I needed it. At one point, I had waited a week to hear from her about the amount of the deposit. It took me emailing two more times to find out the amount and status of the order. By the time she emailed, the deadline I asked for had passed. Kellie also did not listen to what I wanted to order, and was going to fill the order wrong. I doubt her competence, especially after speaking with her on the phone. Call Spin Tees, they will take care of you!
