We sent a couple outstanding accounts to this company and even mailed a check received from a customer turned into their collections, but nothing has been received as far as the balance after their fees are deducted.
Also, we have NOT been able to get in contact with them for about 2 months. Numerous calls, voicemails, and emails have been sent and we never get a response. No one is even working from home during COVID? This seems very questionable.
When we had some issues collecting money, I did not want to just search the internet, so I asked for a referral from people I trust. Creative Recovery was highly recommended to me, so I gave them a call. They are professional, responsive and delivered! Many times! There is a reason why they call themselves creative! I now don't have to stress about selling products to companies who want to write checks or request terms. To all the staff at Creative Recovery, great job and your the only company I refer. To all that come into a situation where they need to get paid, look no further.
