These folks called me after a small claims case was filed by me against a not so savory family. They ignored my requests and calls to get reimbursed after their dog ran in to the street and caused over 2k dollars in damage to my car. They hunted down the guilty lowlifes, put a lien on their home and when they sold the home last week, the mortgage company got a hold of us and I had a check in hand, along with accrued interest, 2 weeks later !!!! These guys ROCKED it and I would definitely use them again and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them !!!!! Thank you

I did more research and work then they did. I received zero updates in 6 months. I emailed 8 times with no answer, i finally get a reply and i tell them i want to terminate the service. She says her boss is busy with meetings (the original manager left or got fired a month prior). So i told her to pencil me in because i was going to go there if they cant answer their phones either. I went there and the new manager, lets call him "opens the door and pokes his head out" tells me that they will terminate the service and email me, guess what? I never got anything, so im working with a new lawyer against these people.SURPRISE if you guys didnt know yet.

What a bunch of tools if I’m being honest. These clowns have a high turnover and keep hiring inexperienced people to chase me for a debt that was invalid to begin with. This is probably the slimiest of all debt collection agencies. They don’t work with you and will pull scare tactics on you. They won’t even serve you either on the initial judgement so it gets entered into the courts. Now I got a Writ of garnishment during my maternity leave for a debt that’s more than 8 years old. You can bet you won’t like hearing from me.
